Spent the weekend in Fernadina Beach and visited Luigi's on Saturday evening. By far, the BEST Italian food I've ever eaten. I think I made noise through the entire meal as it was so good. Then I had the Tiramisu. It was so delicious that I actually teared up. I have NEVER done that with a food. Thank goodness I only live an hour and a half from Fernandina, we'll Definitely be back!

        a very much italian restaurant-------excellent food,good atmosphere and the host tom who is the husband of the owner giovanna was very attentive,the owner does all of her own cooking,she is from italy.we felt we were in italy!!!!!!!!!

          I lived in Italy off and on for years, while it reminded me of alot of little Italian restaurants in Italy it also reminded me of some of the Italian homes I was a guest in. BUT the food was delicious,it is as they advertise,HOME COOKED SOUTHERN ITALIAN FOOD,I felt like I was in my friends house in BENEVENTO,the pictures on the wall of italy, family photos,Italian music in the backround and good Italian wine. The finishing touch was meeting the owner Giovanna a very lovely lady who is usualy busy in the kitchen,time alowing she comes out to the tables and visits,she has a wonderful personality------IF YOU LIKE ITALY YOU WILL LIKE LUIGI'S TRATTORIA----Ambrogio Lorenzetti
